Himachal Pradesh Tour Package from Delhi: Mountain Magic

Sep 05, 2025By Amit Verma

Himachal Pradesh — Dev Bhoomi ka doosra naam. Jahan ek taraf Shimla ki colonial charm hai, wahan doosri taraf Spiti ki raw, wild Himalayan beauty hai. Manali ke rooftop cafes ki baat alag hai, aur Dharamshala mein Tibetan monks ke beech baithe chai peena ek alag experience entirely. Himachal has many faces — aur Manmauji Trip ensure karta hai ki aap har face dekho, apni speed aur budget mein.

Himachal Pradesh: One State, Infinite Experiences

Shimla — Colonial Queen

India's most famous hill station — once the summer capital of British India. The toy train from Kalka (a UNESCO Heritage experience), Mall Road with its colonial buildings and ice cream, Jakhu Temple (monkeys!), Christ Church, and Scandal Point. Shimla has a distinct old-world charm that delights first-timers and long-term fans equally.

Dharamshala & Mcleodganj

Home of the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan Government in Exile — Dharamshala / Mcleodganj is Himachal's most spiritually vibrant town. Namgyal Monastery, the Dalai Lama's temple (attend morning prayers if you can), Tibetan markets, momos and thukpa in every cafe, and the Triund Trek (2,828 m) with stunning Dhauladhar views. An absolutely unique cultural experience.

Manali

Himachal's adventure capital — Rohtang Pass, Solang Valley, Hadimba Temple, Old Manali cafes, and the Kullu Valley. Perfect for snow, adventure sports, and a relaxed mountain holiday. Full details in our dedicated Manali blog!

Kasol & Parvati Valley

India's trekking and backpacker haven — Kasol village, Kheerganga Trek (12 km to natural hot springs), Manikaran Sahib (Sikh sacred site with natural geothermal water), and Tosh village. The Israeli connection: Kasol has so many Israeli tourists it's nicknamed 'Mini Israel'. The cafes serve hummus and shakshuka alongside aloo paratha. Fascinating cultural mix.

Spiti Valley

The cold desert valley at 12,000 feet — Key Monastery, Tabo Monastery (1,000 years old!), Chandratal Lake (the Moon Lake at 4,350 m), Dhankar Monastery perched on a cliff, and Pin Valley National Park. Only accessible June–October. For the adventurous soul who wants the Himalayas at their most raw and primal.

Bir Billing — Paragliding Capital

Asia's best paragliding site — fly tandem from 2,400 m above the Dhauladhar range over the lush Kangra Valley. A jaw-dropping experience available even for first-timers.
