2. We share a formal quote, inclusions/exclusions, and payment schedule for your dates and group size.
3. Pay the booking deposit (see payment structure); we then block guides, vehicles, and partner slots.
4. Receive vouchers, meeting points, and a day-before reminder; final balance is due per your invoice.

Typically 30–40% deposit to confirm; balance before travel or on arrival depending on the programme. Cards, bank transfer, and UPI are accepted where available. International wires may take 2–5 business days—book early if paying by transfer.

Valid passport (6+ months validity for international trips), visas where required, travel insurance proof, and any medical clearances for adventure or high-altitude tours. We’ll list document deadlines in your confirmation pack.

Free cancellation or full credit may apply when stated on the tour. Otherwise: cancel 30+ days before start for a partial refund minus processing; 14–29 days—50% of land cost; within 14 days—non-refundable unless we resell the slot. No-show is non-refundable.

Eligible refunds return to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Promotional or discounted fares may be non-refundable—this is called out before payment. Force-majeure cases are handled case-by-case with credit or reschedule options.

Itineraries may shift slightly for weather, closures, or safety. Participants must follow guide instructions; risky behaviour can mean removal without refund. Man Mauji Trip LLP acts as an agent for third-party operators where noted. Disputes are subject to the laws of India; venue as stated in your booking contract.
